During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

John is a pleasant, likeable and clearly talented surgeon. He has operated on both of my hands now as well as an elbow, all of which have been successful. His needlework is impressive and my scars have healed neatly.

Claire was brilliant throughout every experience I had with her. She was attentive, empathetic and very clear in all our communications.

Mr Anand Arya is a very good surgeon who performed his work to a great level and got the job done . He is polite, caring and knows how to reassure you of all his surgery. Thanks again 100% .

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

Mr Fitzgerald O'Connor, is such an amazing surgeon. He is so nice and explains everything to you so you understand it. He give you a full brake down of everything and tells you all the risks. He let's you go away and think about what he said so you have time to take it in and digest the information. I am neurodiverse so this is a great help to me, you make the decision. You can ask as many questions as you like and he sees you as well when you have problems or issues and sloves them. I am so happy with the results of my surgery.
