Professional, clean, fit for purpose.

The room was satisfactory. It was clean & comfortable. Staff across the board - from nurses, physio team, catering personnel & porters - was always on hand to assist, guide & support.

From initial consultation to the operation, everything was handled efficiently and quickly. I was able to schedule the surgery around holidays.

It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.

Very fast reaction, staff was very welcoming and nice. Overall very pleased with my experience.

I only had outpatients at Bushey Spire as the operation was at St Johns and St Elizabeth Hospital

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.
