Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

Dr Perna was just great, she very thorough and took all the time needed to answer all of our questions. She instills a good sense of confidence

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.
