Fantastic, clean and friendly hospital

Always a good experience. Very kind and friendly staff and nice environment

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

The location and staff; Amazing

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

Had to wait a while for discharge but otherwise positive.
