He was determined to get to the root of my issues and was super accommodating in setting up a second investigation - a different type from the first. He kept me informed throughout both procedures and his analysis of the findings were clear and concise. He was quick to refer me on to a dietician whom he feels sure can help me with controlling my symptoms. He was talkative and chatty, and I enjoyed my discourse with him as we (and everyone else in the country) faced the usual challenges of the family Christmas!
