I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

The date came through much faster than I expected. And now all completed and a week into my recovery at home. The Benenden take all the stress out of what could be a very stressful time.

Nuffield hospital is a pleasant environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed that everyone one who dealt with me knew who I'd seen previously and what was done; and knew where I was going next and what was going to be done. This was reassuring and relaxing. So, in summary, a professional and competent place to have surgery.
