I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Really glad I decided to use post op home physio. I broke my ankle quite badly in October and was really struggling with strength and movement after some NHS physio. Ben really helped and I am so happy with the progress I made, I feel almost back to normal. He talked me through all the exercises well as well as adapting them to how I was feeling on the day. He also great guidance for ongoing self treatment now my sessions are complete - would strongly recommend.
