I was very pleased with the way I was looked after by the Hospital

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

I was treated with every consideration, as if my care was their top priority.

Professional, caring and knowledgeable. Impressed how they explained the process and then produced a program to help my SIBO.

I was greeted and seen on time by Habayeb. I was a bit nervous but Habayeb put my mind at ease and explained in detail exactly what she was doing and explained what to expect during my appointment. She had a very calm and caring manner and it was a very pleasant experience - thank you Habayeb.
