Clean, calm, efficient, centrally located, great consultant.

Overall speaking, it’s a good place to visit when you seek private healthcare.

Visit was scheduled on time but ran a bit later than scheduled. Could not do biometry because of time constraint but this was due to no fault of ours, rather it was due to how appointment had been scheduled by admin. Great session with Dr who assessed my child and very informative session.

The receptionist team were welcoming and efficient. The atmosphere made me very at ease, the facilities were excellent. The surgery room was fabulous, extremely high tech and impressive. The only downside was parking availability.

The doctor and nurse were lovely and looked after me well. With hindsight, as my procedure was close to my ear and the noise of my skin being cut was quite traumatic, I would use ear plugs next time, and it would have been nice if this option had been suggested to me. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent level of service, efficiency and comfort with personable staff throughout.

The reception was vary professional.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
