Mr Crook was extremely professional, very reassuring and clear in his explanations.He was friendly and approachable. The surgery was completed quickly and efficiently and had an immediate beneficial effect. My scar is neat and healed very quickly. I can thoroughly recommend him.

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

Overall the surgery process and follow up appointments were seamless. Dr Prinja effectively communicated every option I had and how each option would play out. When it came to the procedure this was done effectively with no issues or delays and I have recovered very well.

My experience with Mr Matthew Sala was excellent. He's very calm, he's very attentive and asks the right questions. He had diagnosed my shoulder injury for which he did a thorough examination during our appointment. He doesn't rush - and I feel that he cares for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
