The nurse had to go in search of a gynae tray which was strange when a gynae clinic was taking place on the first floor. Otherwise, I could not fault the care.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!

Brilliant experience, everyone was so polite and answered all my questions patiently. So happy to have peace of mind.

The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.
