CRGH has the best technology and doctors and I truly believe my treatment would have not been the same elsewhere. I had quite a few issues with the clinic likely to do with the merge with GENNET but they were rectified timely and I would still recommend them.

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

All the members of staff we encountered on our treatment journey could not have been friendlier and more helpful, from the administrative team, reception, and nurses, to the embryologists and consultants. Communication was consistently empathetic and efficient, and we felt we were treated as individuals, rather than just another name on a list, and people continually went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. We would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.
