CRGH has the best technology and doctors and I truly believe my treatment would have not been the same elsewhere. I had quite a few issues with the clinic likely to do with the merge with GENNET but they were rectified timely and I would still recommend them.

The whole process was explained well.

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

Operation went as planned, explained everything to me, felt at ease, very pleased overall.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Lost complete faith in this service. No communication between staff and no continuity of care.

We felt superbly looked after by the Evewell from our first consultation. All the members of staff we encountered on our treatment journey could not have been friendlier and more helpful, from the administrative team, reception, and nurses, to the embryologists and consultants. Communication was consistently empathetic and efficient, and we felt we were treated as individuals, rather than just another name on a list, and people continually went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. We would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.

Everyone at CRGH from reception to the sonographers are incredibly kind and more importantly, thorough. I am very glad I chose this clinic.
