All the staff at Battersea and Nine Elms clinic are very helpful and professional.

The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.

They provided a top-notch service! Very helpful and very informative. Everybody was so nice and explained the results carefully and in terms that I could easily understand.
