Found the pre-session questionnaire was great for giving an overview of my health and it was all very user friendly.

I had an online consultation with Emily Reilly. She was extremely friendly and warm and made my first appointment very pleasant.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

Lost complete faith in this service. No communication between staff and no continuity of care.
