In all my needs , I have always received exceptional care and all the attention a patient needs during illness or treatment. The doctors are excellent , extremely qualified , professional and ethical. They practice Medicine with great love and emphaty for their patients. The entire team , including Appointment attendants, reception , nursing and medical staff , consistently provide friendly , attentive and caring service . I highly recommend Messina Clinic.

Very helpful advice from dietitian, has really helped me with IBS & gut issues. For that reason I would definitely recommend the Gut Health Clinic. Take notes at appointment as you are given advice to immediately act on, but follow up letter is sent 7-8 days after appointment. So, you don’t want to wait around for a week without acting on advice. Booking an appointment and invoices are sent immediately and promptly. If you email with a question for help with your programme, be prepared as it may take 2-3 weeks to get a reply. They are very busy and see lots of people. It may be a good idea to summarise in each follow up meeting, to remind dietician of what you have agreed and where you are with everything. All in all a positive experience, the information, guidance and support I have received from my dietitian has been excellent.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The Apricity staff who worked closely with me on my journey were very supportive, patient and caring throughout the process. They addressed my questions and concerns promptly, and created a relationship with me where I felt comfortable raising these with them.

Pleasant experience, no issues

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end
