I have had a successful partial knee replacement performed by Dr Hanna, and my experience has been excellent. From my first appointment with him, everything was explained in a very clear and easy to understand way. The doctor was very supportive and caring during the whole recovery process. Mark Webb was brilliant from start to finish. I felt like I was being listened to for the first time and not dismissed or sent away with pain killers or a steroid injection. He understood that although I’m never going to play sport at a high level, that playing for health, wellbeing and the social side was important to me and his aim was to get me back to playing. He also understood and agreed when I said I didn't want to spend my life on pain meds. He explained the surgical process to me in great detail, in a way which an ordinary lay person could understand. He made himself available to me when I had questions. He advised me on pain levels post surgery and what to expect in the weeks following the surgery. Which was all spot on. His bedside manner was friendly, professional and understanding.

They have gone way beyond in customer care, which has been both supportive and invaluable to our family. Directly calling the private hospital to help us expedite a necessary blood test and x-ray. As well as always being there if we had a question. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer care.
