Absolutely outstanding hospital

I was very well looked after as a day patient and the staff were very caring and efficient

When you don't feel good this is your go to place. We have been coming to St John and St Lizzies for over 15 years and have never been diagnosed wrongly or for the sake of it, honest consultants and a whole terrific team to look after you and your family.

I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

Very nice staff and spotlessly clean and nice setting

Hospital looked old and in a need of redecoration. However Quick, no waiting but rushed appointment with a doctor looking at his mobile and trying to call someone at the end of the appointment. Didn’t feel I was given time for all my questions. Doctor didn’t reply to my follow up email. Quite disappointed. I have already booked an appointment at different hospital with a different doctor.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend
