I gave birth to my little girl 4 weeks ago now. My journey from start to finish has been amazing. Dr Wright filled me and my husband with confidence and we knew we were in good hands from the get go. Labour was a positive experience and I felt confident asking Dr Wright to make decisions for me when I couldn’t. She is kind, empathic and supportive. Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!
