A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Nigel was really friendly and kind which put me at ease and he talked me through everything being done. Being able to get the procedure done so easily and quickly was wonderful. A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.
