I´m very happy with their care and the experience.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

An excellent service. Received the help needed. The doctor was fantastic and really took my problems into consideration. I am really thankful and happy for the quick help and consideration from the doctor. -Yanislav

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

I was amazed how accommodating the team were. I took both my kids over for an assessment. The professionals were really pleasant to work with and my kids were at ease straight away. The report after the assessment was thorough and I've been using it at different stages of my children's education. Without the report, I wouldn't have got the support my children needed at the school. My daughter suffers from selective mutism and my youngest has downs syndrome. If I ever needed this type of service, I will always go back to them. I highly recommend Unlocking Language
