I cannot praise Mr Nama enough. From the start, he was calm, explained everything to me in great detail, gave me time to ask questions, was respectful and totally put me at ease. I had complete trust and confidence in him. This meant that I was calm on the run up to the procedure. Mr Nama met with me before and after the procedure on the day and came to see me before I was released. He has also checked in to follow up to see how my recovery is going. I understand that my procedure was more difficult than expected and I appreciate mr Nama’s determination to complete via keyhole, meaning my recovery will be shorter. I am thankful that I was referred to Mr Nama and highly recommend him.

My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. I had considered blepharoplasty for some time due to hooded eyelids. I had always previously ruled out elective surgery but due to the ageing process (I’m 48) I decided to have consultations at two reputable clinics, Clinica London being one. I was drawn to Miss Olver over the other clinic because she instilled confidence and understood entirely my objective - which was to look natural. Miss Olver carefully explained the process to me and managed my expectations in terms of recovery. That enabled me to plan for the surgery knowing how long I’d basically need to work from home and go to ground for. I had the operation a few months after my first consultation. On the day of surgery, I had a consultation with Miss Olver and had chance to discuss any concerns and ask questions. The whole experience felt very calm and Miss Olver and all the nursing staff were caring and attentive. I felt very looked after despite my obvious nervousness about how I’d look and feel afterwards. The surgery itself took around one hour. I was awake and kept informed throughout. The worst part was the anaesthetic but even that wasn’t so bad. I felt no pain during the surgery. Afterwards I felt very numb and had difficulty fully closing my eyes for a couple of hours until the anaesthetic wore off. I rested in a room for an hour and was cared for until my friend arrived to take me home. My eyes felt sore and watery for the first couple of days and I’d definitely advise anyone having the surgery to not work for a couple of days afterwards to avoid eye strain. I also found wearing sunglasses indoors helped. I followed to the letter the after care pack provided to me however and was encouraged to go for a walk each day. The recovery went as advised with the bruising getting gradually worse and peaking at around day 6. I have fair skin and the bruising lasted for around 3 weeks but it improved a lot after around 11 days and was largely coverable with makeup. The bruising was also localised to the eye area meaning sunglasses covered everything and no one gave me a second look when I ventured outside or to the shops. Within a month all the residual bruising had gone and the swelling under and around the eyes had also subsided. I had only told two friends and both on seeing me a month post surgery said they would never have suspected I’d had eye surgery. Instead they said I looked like I’d had a “really good nights sleep” and skin smoothing treatment. Other friends and colleagues who’ve seen me and have no idea I had surgery have told me how incredibly well I look. I was dreading going back to the office but on doing so no one suspected a thing and asked if I’d been on holiday. I’d recommend Miss Olver without hesitation and am absolutely happy with the results of my surgery. I’ve had two consultations post surgery and 7 weeks on, know she is on hand should any issues arise.

Absolutely amazing. My treatment was upper and lower veneers. From the moment I enquired his staff were so helpful and extremely efficient. Dr Oliver himself was lovely and very caring. He went through the treatment initially stage by stage. The end result is far better than I ever imagined. My smile now is stunning but natural I am so happy. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more.
