Great experience, so happy with the result.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Claudia Brand is a highly professional Botox specialist. She is attentive, caring and provides highly professional customer service. I been going to 111 Harley St. for over a year now and I am always happy with the outcome. I come for my Botox treatment to treat chronic migraines and the treatment proven to be highly effective. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
