I had a genioplasty done with Dr. Manisali to address my cosmetic concerns with my smaller jaw & chin. I'm currently around 2 months post surgery and extremely happy with my result. Starting from the consultations, Dr. Manisali was very thorough to assess my requirements and what would be the best procedure for me taking into account my anatomy, recovery time and desired aesthetic result. I've had around 3/4 consultations following scan assessments to discuss the operation plan. Dr. Manisali made sure I was involved as much as possible and helped answer any concerns/ questions I had. I felt very at ease and prepared for the operation. On the actual day , Dr Manisali came to see me prior to the procedure - again I felt very comfortable as had all my questions answered with absolutely no worry. We discussed our operative plan and following the operation Dr. Manisali came to visit me the next day to check-up on me. The recovery was also surprisingly very smooth- very minor swelling. I had a 3/4 mm advancement . Overall very very happy with my result!

Picking your surgeon can be so difficult. I can not stress about the importance on the way your surgeon makes you feel when you first interact and share your vision and expectations. You just instantly know! When I first met Dr Sadri I just knew! His professionalism, knowledge and realistic expectations made it so easy. He’s so thorough, kind and reassuring, yet didn’t over promise but most certainly over delivered! My bruising lasted for about 5 days post op. I look and feel fantastic. So thank you Dr Sadri. You are a rising star in your profession and a true asset to plastic surgery. I feel privileged to have had him as my surgeon.

I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves,The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. I had an endoscopic brow lift with Mr. Matti in January 2024 at the Cromwell Hospital. I have an eye condition which complicated my case and I was referred to Mr. Matti by another surgeon who felt my situation needed a more experienced touch.  Mr. Matti was immediately reassuring and used the time in between our first and second consultations to research more about my medical issues. His attention to detail made me feel like I was in safe hands.  My experience at the Cromwell was comfortable and I never felt rushed to leave post-surgery. Mr. Matti's surgical staff were excellent and attentive at all times. The same nurse removed my stitches a week later at Mr. Matti's office. The continuous care by the same staff was a reassuring factor, often lacking these days. The first few days were the roughest, but within a week my bruising was almost gone. The incisions healed quickly and are barely visible, except one, which Mr. Matti checked over on my follow-up. Six weeks later, I'm happy with the results so far, especially considering how specialised my case was. I would recommend Mr. Matti and his team and would use them again if needed. 

Chris always takes time to make you feel heard. He genuinely cares about your symptoms and your experience. He is focussed and compassionate.
