Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. He asked me to have an ultrasound and had the results since March 22nd. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a response from him. His assistant is entirely useless, and I have tried multiple times to contact her without any response.
