Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

I had a relatively quick turnaround from my first outpatient appointment to surgigical procedure, which was excellent. From that moment the care I received from the surgical and nursing teams was first class. My subsequent stay in 15N was faultless and every aspect from catering to hour by hour care was professional and friendly. I stayed slightly longer than expected but there was no rush whatsoever to leave. Couldn’t fault it👍😀
