My experience with Cultural Health Club Clinic has been an excellent one. My physio (Daniel) has a plethora of knowledge and is highly experienced. As an athlete himself he related to my struggle with being injured, he's approach is client centred. During each visit he would feedback progress he'd witnessed and then discussed areas we needed to focus on. He helped to build my confidence as a runner and believe my goals where possible. Securing an appointment was quick and easy, the staff at Cultural Health Club are friendly and flexible.

CP+R have been fantastic for my recovery, in terms of my physical health, my confidence to exercise again and the support in improving my lifestyle. The team have been amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body.
