From first contact to after surgery consultation, Mr Alibhai was superb. I did extensive research before selecting him. He was recommended to me by senior people within the global health industry and was first class. Excellent bedside manner, excellent surgical technique, excellent outcome. The support from his administrative assistant was caring professional and responsive.

Mr Rahul Jayaram from the first consultation to the last was exemplary in every aspect of care, bedside manner, professionalism and honesty. It had been my first operation and feeling naturally nervous felt very confident that Mr Rahul was going to do his very best and I was in good hands.

Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

Mr Parbhoo has a very gentle way and listens carefully. He has been excellent at explaining and confirming an awkward diagnosis, helping me manage symptoms along the way and liaising with other medical professionals for tests and input. The consultations, procedures he's undertaken, and follow up advice have all been done with great care and attention. You definitely feel in safe hands.

Dr Vik Veer is what a doctor should be, knowledgeable, capable, compassionate and humble. Dr Vik Veer is a shining example to his profession and the Hippocratic Oath. Our 5 year old daughter suffered hearing loss after multiple ear infections caused by swimming lessons. We came to Dr Vik Veer for a THIRD opinion after being told by two ENT Drs that she needed;- 1) grommets 2) an adenoidectomy and 3) a tonsillectomy. We discovered Dr Vik Veer via his YouTube channel where he has many informative and easy to understand content. We followed the advice he gives in his 10-minute video on Eustachian Tube Disfunction. As a direct result, our daughter's hearing is almost back to normal and there is no need to put her under a general anaesthetic. If you are wondering (like we were) whether Dr Vik Veer could possibly be as nice in person as he is in his YouTube videos, we can confirm that he absolutely is! The reception team are amazing too, they went above and beyond to help us secure the consultation.

I found Mr Sidebottom to be very approachable, he took his time to explain what he was thinking and proposing for options to be consider for my treatment. I found him to have a pragmatic approach which established trust really quickly.

Really thorough and used language we could understand

The horrendous Cancerous growth was almost taking over the left hand side of Gill's face. Mr Kusanale explained what the operation would involve and we had absolute confidence. However, after 4 weeks following the operation, she is looking absolutely brilliant. Way better than we could ever have imagined. We cannot praise Mr Kusanale and his team highly enough. Thank you....I have my lovely Wife back.

Mr Osher has a great approach to surgery. I felt extremely comfortable under his care and felt that he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing.
