Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Appointments ran on time, I was seen quickly and taken to the correct waiting area. Everyone was polite & friendly throughout my experience.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.
