Mr Joshi performed upper eyelid surgery for me yesterday, what an amazing gentleman he is! I am so thankful I had my surgery done with him. He made me feel at complete ease from start to finish and I am so happy I had it done at the Harley street hospital with him . I felt confident that I was getting a thorough consultation and that the diagnosis and treatment was carefully considered.

Barry is just the best - kind, funny - I mean who wants to talk poop with someone you don’t really know and he explains things so you can help yourself to feel better, with long-term solutions as well. After a bad experience at another London hospital after the birth of my son and my bowel stopped working post-c-section Barry is a godsend and has put my mind at rest with the symptoms I’m experiencing. Thank you Barry, in the nicest possible way I hope to not sit in your consulting room again. :)

I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.
