Organised and prompt establishment.

Wonderful clinic with wonderful staff and amazing doctors. Very prompt and professional. More than a few times the porters have sent me to the wrong floor or waiting areas but do appreciate that there is someone to direct me to where I am meant to be. Only slightly uncomfortable issue was having to wait for my dermatology appointment in an area plastered with Endometriosis Clinic signs. Yikes.

Efficient reception and radiography staff and system

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
