The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

Everything very good and clean. Excellent nurses and doctors.

A great location, with a friendly and welcoming team. From start to finish the process was made easy. The Wavelift treatment was delivered with ease and expertise. Left feeling elated.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.
