very modern and good facility

plenty of parking, clean and reception is very attentive

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

The Hospital was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a nice, clean space.

Lovely hospital, very clean, very professional and all staff exceptional. Great surgeon. Would highly recommend.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.
