Super friendly consultant I ever seen. Amazing to get email responses and also called couple of times via phone to check how well I was doing. First time I experienced such great care from a consultant. Very much reassured by his approach and made me less anxious about the problem I faced.

His knowledge, confidence and decisiveness were terrific in helping me navigate through a difficult medical problem and come out the other side with a very positive outcome. Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.
