Professor Pollok is a lovely man. Kind, professional, thorough and tenacious despite some of the investigations being difficult to perform on me. He was determined to get to the root of my issues and was super accommodating in setting up a second investigation - a different type from the first. He kept me informed throughout both procedures and his analysis of the findings were clear and concise. He was quick to refer me on to a dietician whom he feels sure can help me with controlling my symptoms. He was talkative and chatty, and I enjoyed my discourse with him as we (and everyone else in the country) faced the usual challenges of the family Christmas!

Very happy with Dr de Silva since the first consultation, he always listened to my concerns and carried out all tests / scans to find the main cause of my issues with clear explanations. Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me !
