Dr Purohit is an expert in fibroids. He is very patient and compassionate and was happy to answer my many questions before and after the surgery (open myomectomy). He advised me of all the options so that I could make informed decisions. The actual surgery went really well and the incision was very neat, so the scar is healing very well. Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Mr Nath explained the risks and benefits of robotic surgery very comprehensively. More importantly, from my experience, he is an extremely competent surgeon in a very important emerging field. My post op recovery was very much faster than that of people I know who had a conventional procedure. His PA is also brilliant, making it easy to deal with any issues which arise such as queries from insurers. A great team.

I went into my hysterectomy with some trepidation and lots of nerves but the team were BRILLIANT. Mr Papadopoulos was friendly, approachable and great at explaining everything, the operation team were brilliant and my recovery has been excellent. Big shout out for Jane too who has been really helpful and a real credit.
