Mr Rathod was very patient and explained to me in detail what my diagnosis was (even using several drawings). During the procedure, he kept me informed and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Now that I'm recovering, I'm very thankful to Mr Rathod for his work and for giving me more options instead of going with the most radical solution.

Mr Razvi is an amazing consultant. I found him always able to answer any queries I had and he was a very calming influence on me during a period of extreme worry for myself and my family. He fast-tracked the process from initial consultation through to the procedure itself which was so reassuring for me. The procedure went extremely well and I felt completely safe in his care before, during and after. I would have no hesitation in passing his details on to anyone else I find in the same situation as myself.

Miss Adib has been nothing but exemplary. Her professionalism, knowledge and bedside manner are 2nd to none. I suffer from lichen sclerosis and underwent the PRP procedure with her. It has been life changing. I went from having to use Steroid cream every night as I was suffering from a flare up (very uncomfortable throughout the day and night with a burning or itching sensation and very brittle dry skin), To almost complete relief with the use of just emu oil from about a month after the treatment… In all honesty it was not completely painless (!!) but I won’t hesitate to have it again. I know that I will have to repeat the treatment depending on my symptom resurgence, but will certainly do this. I cannot thank you enough.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

I saw Mr Jadhav previously in Jan 2023. So felt comfortable to see him again. He explained everything clearly and happily answered my questions.

In my consultation with Dr Ojutiku, I found him to be very approachable, kind and responsive. He dealt with my issues with utmost sensitivity, was caring in his manner and proactive in planning my treatment.

I was very happy with my treatment from Mr Masood. He took time to explain all procedures, sometimes with diagrams. I never felt rushed and felt I could any questions. He was also very considerate in aftercare.
