Dr Mittal herself is good. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately for both of us, it was a bit of a wasted journey. It was a long way to go to be told that the information I'd been provided by another consultant was incorrect. I wish the system wasn't so ridiculously tied and Dr Mittal had the right to refer her own patients to her clinic, because I have been struggling for years with my health condition now and if the system was better supported, then I may have been able to access the support quicker. She advised me that I'm doing as much as possible to support my health condition, so that was good to have been told that there's nothing else I'm missing.

Lucy's advice proved extremely helpful both generally and having regard to my specific circumstances and needs.Her relaxed and pleasant personality enabled our consultations to flow easily and we were able to cover all relevant matters.

I have had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Due to COVID, we had a telephone conversation followed by photos to address my issue. Dr Ranasinghe was so reassuring and she gave excellent advice.
