Lost complete faith in this service. No communication between staff and no continuity of care.

I really loved my first experience at the clinic especially from all the staffs

I have been impressed with the staff and the efficiency of the hospital

Didn’t feel like I had private care, nothing special.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
