Dr. Saravelos has been key to our entire experience of IVF ranging from our egg retrieval all the way to our fourth embryo transfer. There has not been a single moment where we haven't felt supported throughout our fertility journey. He has an exceptional bedside manner, demonstrating genuine care and empathy. His compassionate yet realistic approach fosters a comforting environment for his patients, contributing positively to an overall difficult experience which has been made much more manageable under his care. I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

Dr. Benjamin was instrumental in guiding us through our IVF journey, especially considering we were coming from abroad. Their expertise, compassion, and clear communication made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. The meticulous attention to detail and personalized care tailored to our unique situation were truly remarkable.
