Very good care

Great clinic. The whole experience was SO much better than my previous cycle elsewhere! Mr Jones is such a wonderful doctor - I know I am in the best hands! Also Liz, one of the ladies who does the scans, and all the nurses are all brilliant!

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

CRGH has the best technology and doctors and I truly believe my treatment would have not been the same elsewhere. I had quite a few issues with the clinic likely to do with the merge with GENNET but they were rectified timely and I would still recommend them.

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Dr Alka as my fertility specialist. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I knew I was in caring and capable hands.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Efficacious well-run clinical attentive to patient experience

Horrible experience from start to finish - from failure to provide key medical information in my first cycle, to failure to give the financial impact of medical decisions the team wanted to make on my behalf in the second, to constant cash grabs after the fact (e.g., not getting any benefit from the “1 year of free storage” if you have a previous cycle of eggs frozen - even though the samples from 2 cycles are treated as one lot of inventory AFTER the free year that you don’t benefit expires). Do yourself a favor and go any other fertility provider. Facilities at the partner clinics they use are clean and treatments are safe. Kings Fertility which did both my extractions were great.
