Ran to time and very helpful

Excellent stuff

I had an excellent experience as a day patient at the Princess Grace. I was welcomed immediately, and taken to my room within ten minutes. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and all the nurses, porters and other staff were friendly, putting me at ease. I was taken through the practicalities of the procedure, which was on time and went well. The after-procedure care was very good, with a very attentive, friendly nurse. I was given all the (admittedly limited) catering I wanted and felt no pressure to leave my room after the nurse discharged me. I would happily return to the Princess Grace if needed.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

From the reception staff to Dr Whinnett’s secretary Sheila, everyone I came across was professional, caring and efficient. It is a well run and caring establishment which places the patient first and foremost.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
