Dr Amaral was excellent, he made us at ease, asked if I knew why I was there, fully explained everthing, and gave full details of future tests and possible treatment. he answered all our questions fully and in language we understood.. a very positive experience, a very nice and friendly doctor.

His combination of thorough enquiry and sound, well balanced advice could not have been improved upon. Dr Nijjer listened carefully as I explained the issue I was having. He asked lots of questions around symptoms but also lifestyle. He quickly came to a diagnosis after reviewing NHS test results and ordered several more tests to confirm this. He explained in great detail what was causing the issue, the treatment options I could take, his preferred option, and the likely longterm outcome of each treatment path. On the follow up consultation, post test results, he was again very easy to talk to, didn't rush me in any way and helped me choose the next steps that were suitable for me. A very good experience and a very knowledgeable cardiologist that I would happily recommend in a heart beat to any family or friends that needed similar cardiac advice or treatment
