I've had the privilege of experiencing his remarkable care, and it's evident that he is a guardian of angels, sent from a higher power. Dr. Beaini has not only saved my life twice, but his impact goes beyond what words can express. Regrettably, I do not know his life story, but from what I've witnessed, he serves as a model that every man should aspire to be. In times of need, I highly recommend Dr. Amal Youssef Beaini. He is a top-notch professional and a truly amazing individual.

Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Marc is kind, caring, responsive, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone that is in need of assistance from a mental health perspective. I got to know Marc through our early sessions of CBT, which helped an awful lot during some darker times associated with vestibular migraine. Thank you again.

Dr. Agnew has been extremely helpful. He is a compassionate and perceptive listener, who is also able to gently push you to hold yourself accountable for your own well-being when necessary. His knowledge and awareness of various topics means that it is easy to feel comfortable around him, and you don't feel like you have to spend most of the session giving context or background information so that he can understand why you feel a certain way about a situation. Highly recommend.
