Aleks is a HCPC Registered Dietitian with over 8 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. She is also the Founder of The Digital Dietitian, a remote dietetic clinic specialising in disordered eating & gut health.

Aleks most recently worked as a Locum Dietitian at Hywel Dda University Health Board starting in January 2023. Aleks also held the role of Primary Care Dietitian at Primary Care Dietitians and Specialist Eating Disorder Dietician at Priory Group from May 2021 to November 2022. Earlier in her career, Aleks worked as a self-employed Registered Dietitian.

Aleks completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Dietetics from the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland in 2015. She later completed her Master’s degree (MSc) in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Roehampton, London. In addition to these qualifications, Aleks holds additional certifications, including Low FODMAP Diet for IBS from Monash University, The Identification and Management of Disordered Eating in Patients with Gastrointestinal Disorders from Monash University, the Eating Disorders Course for Dietitians from Leeds Beckett University, and the "CBT-E for Eating Disorders" program provided by The Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford.

In 2021, Aleks obtained the certification for Introduction to Mental Health, Eating Disorders and Learning Disabilities for Dietitians and Non-Dietitians from The British Dietetic Association (BDA). She is also a Level 2 Fitness Instructor.

Aleks has specialist expertise in digestive disorders, including IBS, disordered eating, type 2 diabetes, and weight management. Through her own experiences with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, she also has an interest in nutrition for autoimmune conditions, including coeliac disease, and autoimmune thyroid conditions.

She offers a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to helping clients and will provide a realistic plan and goals to work towards, taking into account your personal circumstances.
