My experience with Priory has literally been life changing. When I first started my therapeutic journey I wasn’t in a great place in life, after the help and guidance of Hafifa I now feel comfortable and confident within myself. I have a strong sense of clarity and confidence that I’ve been given the tools to succeed on my own going forward.

I got what I paid for.

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital had been great to work with. There was one scheduling hiccup, where my appointment was cancelled but I was not informed. But otherwise it's been a good experience.

I’m a retired medic and I can’t thank enough for the service I had and still have there. The nurses at the Oncology Ward treated me as a family member, the place kept clean, safe and welcoming. The team made me feel the patients do matter here. I recommended to my friends to have treatment at the Priory Hospital in the last 12 months.

Very accommodating, check in was efficient

Maja helped me with an unintentional low energy availability issue. Her approach was warm and informative. I would recommend her to people who need help with these issues and also athletes with specific dietary requirements, as she also helped me make sure I was fueling correctly as a vegan.

Overall good except for the wait times.

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.

A great experience making an unpleasant situation more bearable.
