I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

The nurse had to go in search of a gynae tray which was strange when a gynae clinic was taking place on the first floor. Otherwise, I could not fault the care.

It was fine. Although parking is difficult.

I was very happy with the care and attention I recieved from the gp ( Dr Mazumdar) I was seen promptly and was given the time to discuss my problems with him. I was referred to the local hospital for further tests and he rang ahead so they were expecting me. I would certainly recommend this service and also use the service again in the future. Also my regular GP is also informed so treatment can be followed up.

Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.
