Reception desk was helpful and informative

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

One of the best clinics in the UK. Very efficient service. The audiologists who works there is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in this field so you don’t have to think twice. I had recommended this clinic to one of my friends who had an ear infection, thanks to Mr Jills Kurian who was there to help, understood their situation and was prompt with rehabilitation. I Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with hearing difficulties, tinnitus, wax or any other ear related issues.
