We will never be able to thank Mr Patel enough for his absolutely outstanding care of our son. From his clear and thoughtful explanations to the incredible surgery he performed on our son's ear. Dr Joshi is absolutely brilliant at what he does - I had a severely deviated septum and quite a large dorsal hump. Not only did Dr Joshi’s work resolve my breathing issues, my nose looks absolutely amazing.

I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did.
