Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

My experience at Vision Care was very good based on the friendly and professional staff. My Optometrist in particular was very patient, informative and understanding.

I found Optegra North London to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and put you at complete ease. The facilities were very clean. Coffee was a nice touch. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after.
